Can I download the app yet?

We have not announced that yet. The app is in development, and the stores will show up here once there is a date — we would rather not promise a platform before we have one.
Can I write a text review?
No. The community's opinion is collected through predefined verdict tags. That keeps the page objective and direct, and free of toxic comments and heavy-handed moderation.
Does a multiplatform game appear more than once in the list?
No. Each game exists once in the catalogue. The platform filter narrows which games appear and shows the performance score for that specific hardware, without duplicating results.
Do I need an account to browse the ranking?
No. Browsing the ranking and the scores is completely open. An account is only needed when you decide to submit your own reviews.
How is the ranking order calculated?
By a weighted Bayesian average, not a simple one. In practice: a game with two 5-star votes does not overtake one with two thousand reviews at 4.6. The vote count always sits next to the score, so you can judge the number together with the weight behind it.
Can I slice the ranking by criterion?
Yes: overall, story, gameplay, soundtrack and performance. The performance slice answers the question an overall score swallows — a game can be excellent and still run badly on your platform.
What does a game's screen show?
Overall score, per-attribute bars, performance measured per platform, the percentage of people who would recommend it, the play-time range, and the three most-tagged praises and three most-tagged criticisms. No free text anywhere on it.
Do I need to get the game's name exactly right when searching?
No. Search responds from the first character and understands nicknames: typing “ff7” finds Final Fantasy VII.
