1Who we are and what PLAYER 3 is

PLAYER 3 is an app operated by BARBOSA E FOLLE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA ("Três Limões", "we"), CNPJ 68.586.378/0001-52, registered at Av. Paulista, 91, Brazil.

PLAYER 3 is a game ranking built from the scores of people who play. You rate the games you have played — an overall score and scores per criterion, such as story, gameplay and performance — and the app shows the best-rated games, by genre, by platform and by criterion. There are no comments: what counts is the score. Browsing the ranking and the games does not require an account; rating does.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your data. If you disagree with any point, do not create the account — and if you already have, you can delete it at any time from inside the app (section 7).

2Your account

• You must be at least 13 to create an account. The date of birth is checked at sign-up, and the reason for the rule is in section 2 of the Privacy Policy.
• One account per person.
• The information you provide must be true — especially the date of birth, which decides who may have an account.
• Your password is your responsibility. Do not share it. If you suspect unauthorised access, change the password in Profile › Account settings and let us know.

3Your nickname

The nickname is the name the app uses to address you, and it is unique: no two accounts can have the same one.

You may not choose a nickname that is offensive, that impersonates another person, or that impersonates a brand, a studio or a company. If a nickname breaks this rule, we may ask you to change it, or change it ourselves, and we let you know by the registered e-mail.

4Your ratings

A rating is the opinion of the person who rated a game they played, and it is treated as such: as that person's opinion, not as a statement of ours.

Rating to manipulate the ranking is not allowed. That includes creating several accounts to rate the same game, rating in exchange for payment or any other benefit, and coordinating ratings with other people to push a game up or down. The ranking is only worth something if every score is one person's honest opinion.

When we identify ratings like that, we may disregard them in the ranking, remove them, and suspend or close the account that made them. When the suspension is not for immediate security reasons, we give notice first by the registered e-mail.

By rating, you authorise us, free of charge and non-exclusively, to use the rating in the running of the app — calculating scores and building the ranking — and in the reports in section 5, within the rules and limits of section 4 of the Privacy Policy, including your right to object to that use.

5Aggregate data

Your ratings go into the app's ranking and may also go into aggregate, anonymised reports — for example, a game's average score by criterion or by platform — which we may share with or sell to studios and publishers. No report contains anything individual: all of them follow the rules in section 4 of the Privacy Policy, which explains the minimum number of people per breakdown, the exclusion of anyone under 18, what never appears in a report and how to object to your ratings going into them.

6What the ranking is, and what it is not

The ranking is an average of opinions from people who play. It is not our review, it is not a purchase recommendation and it is not a guarantee about a game — about quality, performance on your device, price or anything else. A game's score changes as people rate it.

Game names and images belong to their owners — studios, publishers and other rights holders — and appear in the app only to identify the games. PLAYER 3 has no affiliation with them, and a game being in the app does not mean partnership or endorsement.

7Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app, in Profile › Account settings › Delete account. Deletion erases your data as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.

8Availability and changes

PLAYER 3 is offered as is and it evolves: screens change, features come and go. The app may go offline — for maintenance, a third-party failure or an infrastructure failure — or cease to exist, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation.

We may change these terms. When a change is material, we give notice in the app or by e-mail, in advance, before it takes effect. The last updated date at the top says which version is live.

9Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Nothing in them takes away the rights the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code gives you, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile (Art. 101, I).
